Bayong Sari-Sari

Orders and payment

Bayong Sari-Sari currently operates with a simulated payment flow for development and testing. Orders remain in Pending payment until an authorized administrator records payment as completed. We do not fulfil unpaid orders.

Prices and VAT

All customer-facing prices are displayed in euros and include applicable German VAT. The VAT amount is broken out during checkout and stored with the order totals.

Accounts and addresses

Account details and delivery addresses are used to provide checkout, order history, and fulfilment features. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

Product availability

Stock can change between browsing and checkout. An order is only accepted when the server can validate the requested items against current catalog and inventory data.
